Here are some projects we completed in the last couple of years.

Saint Mary, Cardigan, Ceredigion, Dyfed, Wales

The fittings have been overhauled, including the rebedding of the bearing plates.

(6 bells. Tenor 9-2-0 (483kg) in A)
The six have been re-tuned and rehung on new full-circle ringing fittings in the existing refurbished steel bell frame.

All Saints, Worcester, Worcestershire
(12 bells. Tenor 20-1-1 (1029kg) in E♭)
The clappers and bearings have been overhauled or replaced.

Saint James the Great, West Hanney, Oxfordshire

A set of circular stainless-steel painted rope guides has been installed.

Saint Peter, Swainsthorpe, Norfolk

The bells have been hung for stationery chiming on hardwood canon retaining headstocks and trigger action chiming hammers.

Saint Leonard, Watlington, Oxfordshire

The 8 bells have been tuned and the 5th welded. The bells have been rehung on new fittings in the strengthened frame.

All Saints, Basingstoke, Hampshire

A training bell (or dumbbell) has been installed to aid with the teaching of new bellringers.

We have constructed and installed a hardwood bell frame to replace the existing one. The bell has been reinstalled with a new hardwood canon retaining deadstock and internal adjustable electro-magnetic chiming hammer.

Following a gudgeon failure on the Tenor headstock, the gudgeons have been replaced.

The bell has been specialist weld repaired in the crown, and rehung on new traditional swing chime fittings

This unringable ring of three bells has been rehung in a new bell frame and augmented to six, including a second-hand bell donated by the Keltek Trust and two new bells.

Saint Edmund, Sedgefield, Durham

Rotten oak cills and braces have been replaced in the existing timber frame.

S Mary, Overton, Hampshire

The bells have been retuned and rehung on new cast iron headstocks. The other fittings have been overhauled and the wheel diameters adjusted for better grading. The sound control has been replaced, and new louvres have been fitted.

The existing frame was placed on a new galvanised steel grillage, and the bells rehung on new fittings. The existing 4th is now being used as a service bell, and replaced with a second-hand bell from the Keltek Trust.�

All 8 bells have been tuned and rehung on new fittings in the existing bell frame which has also been strengthened.

We have fitted the 2nd headstock with new gudgeons.

Saint Mary, Henlow, Bedfordshire

The wheels of the back six bells have been re-rimmed, the bearings modified and fitted with new ball races, and new pulleys fitted.

New gudgeons have been fitted to the headstock of the 7th bell. All wheels have been re-rimmed and new pulleys and bearings fitted throughout.

Abbey Church of Saint Peter & Saint Paul, Bath, Somerset

We overhauled the fittings of the 10 bells; rebushing clappers and fitting a new stay to the Treble.

The bells have had their canons removed and been rehung on new cast iron headstocks. The other fittings have been overhauled and the wheel diameters adjusted for better grading. An additional new Service Bell has been cast and hung in the tower.

We replaced the bearing races on the 2, 5 and Tenor bells.

Remedial repairs have been carried out to the bell frame and bearing plates, as well as the Tenor bell being fitted with new bell support bolts.

St John the Baptist, Aldbury, Hertfordshire

Loose gudgeons have beene replaced on the front three headstocks, along with overhaul work to the pulleys and clappers.

S Mary, Aberavon, Neath Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, Wales
Following the closure of this Church, the eights bells have been removed and are currently in storage pending use in a future planned project. This work was funded by the Keltek Trust.
