WOBURN, BEDS (Tenor 24-1-16 in D)

The 7th bell has been rehung on ball bearings, adapting the existing cast iron headstock.

 
ALDBOURNE, WILTS (Tenor 19 cwt. approx.)

The clappers have been rebushed and new pulley units fitted.

 

ASTON ROWANT, OXON (Tenor 12-3-20 in F#)

A circular rope guide has been fitted to this ground floor ring of six.

 

SANDRIDGE, HERTS (Tenor 6-0-18 in Bb)

The six bells have had their canons removed and been re-tuned.  The bells have been rehung with new full-circle ringing fittings in the existing strengthened bell frame.

ABINGDON, OXON (St. Nicolas)

The sanctus bell, cast in 1741 by John Corr of Aldbourne, has been rehung with new traditional fittings for swing-chiming.

LOWER BENEFIELD, NORTHANTS (Tenor 7-3-6 in G)

The grillage of the bell frame had corroded extensively resulting in the bells becoming unringable.  The bells, frame and fittings were removed to our Works where the existing refurbished frameside castings were mounted on a new galvanised steel grillage and the bells rehung with part-new fittings and ball bearings.

SWAFFHAM BULBECK, CAMBS (Tenor 10-1-25 in G#)

The clapper staples have been modifield, the clappers re-bushed and various other modifications made including the fitting of additional pulley units in the intermediate chamber. 

  

LONDESBOROUGH, YORKSHIRE (Tenor 9-0-10. in F)

The three bells have been rehung for stationary chiming in the existing bell frame.

 

 

DUMMER, HANTS (Tenor 9-0-6 in G#)

The five bells have been rehung on new fittings in the existing refurbished bell frame, the treble and 2nd also being re-tuned.  The cracked tenor has been specialist welded.

BUILTH WELLS, POWYS (Tenor 6-2-17 in Bb)

The ring of six bells has been re-tuned and they have been rehung on new fittings in the existing strengthened bell frame.

FREELAND, OXON (Tenor 3-3-3 in  D)

The former tenor and 4th were broken up and the ring of six remodelled using the former 5th as the new tenor with new treble and 2nd bells being cast.  The bells were rehung on new fittings in the existing two-tier timber frame.

 

ALTARNUN, CORNWALL (Tenor 11-1-19 in F#)

The grillage of the bell frame had corroded extensively due to the damp conditions in the tower.  The bells, fittings and frame were removed to our works where the frame was reconstructed on a new galvanised steel grillage.  The bells were re-tuned and rehung on their refurbished existing fittings.

CHALGROVE, OXON (Tenor 16-0-14)

The bells were rehung on new fittings in the existing bell frame.  The faculty did not allow for re-tuning.

 

NUNTON, WILTS (Tenor 7 cwt. approx in A)

The three bells were rehung for stationary chiming in the existing bell frame.  A second-hand bell, from Shiplake, Oxon, was added to form the 3rd of a chime of four.
